About the Role

The Senior HVAC Service Technician is a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of residential heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. You will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and completing electronic and mechanical repairs on specified HVAC equipment and water heaters. This position goes beyond simple maintenance; it requires ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in strict compliance with all local and national codes.

In this role, you will not only perform preventative maintenance but also train others in these critical skills. You will assist in complex sealed system HVAC and water heater repairs as part of your own development path. A key component of your day-to-day involves providing exceptional customer service, communicating clearly with homeowners regarding the work performed and offering professional recommendations. You will also be expected to maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition and remain on-call to respond to emergency situations.
