About the Role
Encore Semi, Inc. is seeking a Senior IC Packaging Layout Specialist to join our engineering team in a fully remote capacity. This role is designed for an experienced engineer who specializes in package layout and electrical analysis, with a specific focus on power distribution and high-frequency signal integrity.
As a key contributor, you will develop and optimize package layouts while performing critical PDN (Power Distribution Network) and signal integrity analyses. You will run simulations to improve design performance and collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure successful outcomes. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional looking to apply their expertise in advanced packaging technologies, including 2.5D/3D and flip-chip solutions, within a flexible remote work environment.

Requirements
