As a Senior HVAC Technician within our Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team, you will serve as a critical pillar in the operation of our power generation and critical infrastructure facilities. This role goes beyond standard maintenance; you will lead the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of complex commercial and industrial HVAC systems that keep our facilities running efficiently and safely.
In this position, you will be the go-to expert for advanced diagnostics on chillers, boilers, RTUs, VAVs, and control systems. Your work directly impacts our sustainability and reliability initiatives by optimizing system performance for energy efficiency. You will not only execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies but also interpret technical drawings and schematics to support engineering on asset upgrades and retrofits.
Beyond technical execution, you will play a vital leadership role by mentoring junior technicians and coordinating daily field activities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure plant reliability and uptime, fostering a collaborative culture where safety, environmental compliance, and regulatory standards are paramount.
