Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage and maintain group room blocks, reservation accuracy, and pick-up tracking
- check_circleProcess commission and rebate documentation for agencies, meeting planners, and partners
- check_circleReview group contracts to verify commission, rebate, and housing requirements
- check_circleSupport the planning and coordination of meetings, conferences, and special events
- check_circleGenerate and distribute weekly and monthly reports related to group pick-up and revenue
- check_circleMaintain accurate information within hotel sales, catering, and event management systems
- check_circleCollaborate with Sales, Catering, and Accounting teams to ensure timely communication
- check_circleResolve discrepancies between reservation, revenue, and accounting systems
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or equivalent
- verifiedMinimum of two (2) years of experience in hospitality, group housing, sales and catering, reservations, accounting, or event coordination
- verifiedProficiency with Microsoft Office
- verifiedExperience with hotel management systems such as PEP, Delphi, and Passkey preferred
Nice to Have
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, Event Management, or a related field. Experience in a full-service hotel environment. Experience with commission processing, group billing, or rebate administration. Experience with hotel sales, catering, reservations, and property management systems, including PEP, Delphi, and Passkey.
