We are seeking a visionary Senior Engineer to lead complex projects, mentor top-tier talent, and drive our technical roadmap. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to see their code and engineering strategies make a tangible, global impact.
In this position, you will independently direct the characterization of process optimization strategies and troubleshoot operational issues across operations, manufacturing, pilot plants, and capital projects. You will apply advanced engineering principles to design and implement major system modifications, experiments, and significant engineering projects. Your work will involve developing, organizing, and presenting interpretations of results for complex operational challenges.
You will tackle novel assignments that require the development of new engineering techniques and procedures. A key part of your function is developing engineering policies that affect multiple organizational units. You will serve as a peer-recognized engineering technology specialist, determining methodologies in your area of expertise while applying mature engineering knowledge to plan and conduct projects.
On the design engineering front, you will collaborate with research, manufacturing, process development, utilities, facilities, and quality assurance departments to define requirements for large-scale system and facility modifications. You will work closely with project managers to ensure design and engineering projects are delivered within schedule, budget, and quality constraints. Additionally, you will coordinate consultants, architects, and engineering firms to develop standard design documents and manage departmental or project budgets encompassing multiple disciplines.
