The LTAMDS program is seeking electrical engineers to broaden their existing skillsets into the integration and validation of mixed digital, power, control, RF/microwave, and Active Electronically Steered Antennas (AESAs). This role involves subsystem validation, integration and test, and the transition to production of advanced receiver and exciter hardware and firmware utilized in complex AESAs.
The successful candidate will be onboarded in one technical discipline, expanding hardware knowledge at the CCA then module level, before rotating to another module or into a phased array integration activity. Through hands-on programs, you will train new skills to become a key member of the LTAMDS Phased Array Product team. Initial experience will be gained on one of 10 Phased Array LRUs, with opportunities to train on the Phased Array Pilot Array and develop Near Field Range phase array integration skills.
