As a Senior Director, Technical Client Engagement Manager, you will lead complex client relationships, shape technical solution architectures, and drive enterprise technology roadmaps within the digital banking space. This senior, client-facing role sits within our Technology Strategy & Delivery Practice and serves as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders.
You will guide planning, execution, and delivery across diverse banking platforms and vendors, ensuring client objectives are achieved with excellence. The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise, strong banking industry experience, and proven leadership to deliver high-impact digital transformation and application development initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor, managing expectations and ensuring a high level of satisfaction while building and maintaining relationships based on earned trust and accountability.
