The Operational Intelligence and Observability team within the Cloud Operations Resilience Engineering (CORE) organization serves Capital One's technology management and data imperatives. We ensure that operational information on technology assets and platforms is available, intelligible, performant, well-governed, and secure. This role leads the product team responsible for enabling and delivering the collection and analysis of data from Capital One's technology, spanning software, databases, analytics, security, research, and infrastructure assets. The team partners with technology, risk, security, and business groups to monitor performance, identify issues, and support resilience.
