The Sr. Director, AI/ML Platform Intelligence leads a product team spanning the Machine Learning and Generative AI platforms. This team is responsible for the core platform services that power mission-critical business applications. The role involves partnering with technology, risk, security, and business teams to monitor platform performance, identify issues, and support resilience.
This is a technical product leadership role designed for someone with a proven history of building products and experiences for data scientists and software developers. You will have excellent familiarity with emerging infrastructure and tooling for AI/ML application developers, potentially drawing from a background as a software engineer or data scientist.
In this position, you will set strategy and priorities grounded in technical understanding and user experience. A key part of your day-to-day involves stepping into the shoes of the user—data scientists and engineers—to measure the benefits of more powerful, faster capabilities and a superior developer experience.

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products. 5+ years of experience in people leadership. 3+ years of experience in innovative technology environments that embrace public cloud and open source technologies. 3+ years of experience building business-critical AI and Machine Learning products. Experience with AI/ML technologies such as Kubernetes, Observability, Security, AI/ML Experiment Management, or Model Monitoring. Experience in Gen AI Application Evaluation, MLOps, or AIOps.
