ECLARO is seeking an AI Architect for a client operating within the Financial Services industry. This client provides comprehensive retirement savings, health, investment management, and insurance services. The role is based remotely in Massachusetts and offers a chance to shape the future of enterprise AI within a critical sector.
About the Role
The AI Architect serves as a strategic bridge between business objectives and technical execution. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and governing enterprise-grade AI solutions that align with the organization's broader strategy. This position blends deep technical expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data, and cloud architecture with strong product intuition, security awareness, and leadership capabilities.
Your mission is to ensure that AI initiatives are scalable, ethical, secure, and cost-efficient while being seamlessly integrated into the broader enterprise ecosystem. You will define the enterprise AI architecture, design end-to-end solutions ranging from data engineering to model operations (MLOps), and develop reusable patterns for generative AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation. Beyond technical design, you will mentor engineers and product teams to build a Center of Excellence for automation, ensuring consistency, performance, and maintainability across all AI/ML projects.
