About the Role
As a Sr. Director, People Business Partner for Corporate Functions, you will serve as a strategic architect of organizational success rather than just managing people operations. You will act as a high-impact consultant to the Finance, Legal, and People teams, ensuring human capital is perfectly aligned with the company's most ambitious business objectives. In this capacity, you will partner with senior leadership to shape organizational decisions, steer the company through complex pivots, and design enterprise-wide people strategies that fuel long-term growth. Your day-to-day involves building high-trust relationships across a global matrix, advising on complex talent matters, and leading the charge in cultivating a high-performance, values-driven culture.
