About the Role
As a Senior Director/Vice President of Communications & Public Relations, you will sit within the Marketing organization to shape, articulate, and amplify SHI's narrative across internal and external audiences. This role exists to ensure the company's story, strategy, values, innovation, and customer impact are told clearly, consistently, and compellingly. You will partner closely with executive leadership, brand, digital, and content teams to strengthen brand reputation, elevate leadership voices, and drive engagement through best-in-class storytelling.
In this position, you will define an enterprise-wide communications strategy rooted in powerful storytelling. You will translate complex business strategies and innovations into clear narratives that resonate with employees, customers, partners, and media. Your day-to-day involves acting as the guardian of the company's brand narrative, ensuring message discipline and consistency across all channels while leading a high-performing team to manage agency relationships, budgets, and operational planning.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- verified15+ years of progressive leadership experience in communications, PR, or corporate marketing
- verifiedAbility to travel 25%
Nice to Have
Experience in enterprise IT, B2B technology, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or professional services. Experience integrating communications strategy within a broader marketing and brand organization. Deep understanding of modern media ecosystems and social platforms.
