About the Role
Peraton is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer for its Federal Strategic Cyber group. Based in Chandler, AZ, or Washington, DC, you will support a 24x7 Security Operations Center (SOC) by engineering, integrating, and sustaining security architectures and tools that enable continuous monitoring, detection, and response.
In this role, you will provide senior technical expertise to ensure SOC capabilities remain resilient, scalable, and aligned with modern threat environments. You will design and implement Zero Trust controls across enterprise, cloud, mobile, and hybrid environments, while integrating and optimizing SIEM, SOAR, and NDR platforms. Your work will extend to supporting secure cloud, DevSecOps, and CI/CD architectures, engineering cryptographic and identity solutions, and providing technical leadership during complex SOC incidents.
