As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of a highly effective, cross-functional team providing analysis, advice, and solutions for customers implementing new systems and processes. This role bridges technical skills and business acumen to develop forward-thinking software implementation recommendations that align with clients' business needs.
You will collaborate with clients to optimize business intelligence, best practices, and software capabilities, ensuring they get the most from their technology solutions. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with project managers, product developers, and customers at all levels, from end-users to executives. You will manage the full lifecycle of enterprise SaaS implementation projects, translating customer needs into configurable requirements and working closely with product and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback shapes the roadmap.
