As the SVP, Customer Facing Model Development, you will lead the strategic vision and execution for credit and fraud scoring models that directly impact our customer experience. This role sits at the intersection of advanced data science, operational strategy, and regulatory governance. You will own the end-to-end integration of customer-facing models with business expansion and product generation, ensuring that our decisioning frameworks drive data outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of model risk management.
In this position, you will guide teams in leveraging cutting-edge AI and machine learning methodologies—including regression, Monte Carlo, bootstrapping, and Bayesian techniques—to solve complex credit use cases. Your focus will be on driving innovation in cloud-based modeling infrastructures and automating the model lifecycle, from design and validation to deployment and monitoring. You will serve as a key voice in regulatory and senior management interactions, representing the customer-facing model development function and ensuring alignment with enterprise practices.
