About the Role
As a Model Development professional, you will lead the design, innovation, and execution of risk models for customer account management. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between advanced data science and practical business application. You will manage the full model development lifecycle, from internal development and vendor co-development to monitoring, validation, and regulatory compliance.
Your day-to-day involves hands-on development of models for account management and transaction fraud detection. You will collaborate closely with business leadership, vendors, and enterprise operations teams to identify opportunities for enhancing data mining and risk analysis. Beyond technical execution, you will drive model simplification, manage audit requests, and ensure robust documentation meets stringent regulatory standards. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can influence strategy while delivering measurable outcomes.

Our Way of Working
We offer flexibility in how you work. You have the option to work from home near one of our Hubs or come into one of our offices. You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub (virtual or physical) for in-person engagement activities, such as weekly business or team meetings, training, and culture events.
