About the Role

As a Senior Manager, Business Analysis at Capital One, you will apply strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges. You will lead and collaborate with world-class professionals to develop and test strategies that directly impact the bottom line. This role requires an ownership mindset, potentially including P&L accountability for a business segment, and the ability to drive step-change improvements in credit performance by connecting future consumer trends to historical behavior.

You will work in a collaborative environment that values your insight, encourages you to take on new responsibility, promotes continuous learning, and rewards innovation. Success in this position demands a tenacious decision-maker who can bring a healthy, aggressive, yet responsible approach to business, while fostering innovation and driving critical decisions across the enterprise.
