The Senior Application Developer serves as a seasoned professional bridging functional requirements and technical execution. This role is critical for leading the design, integration, and implementation of scalable ERP solutions that align with strategic business objectives. You will ensure solutions are built for scalability, resilience, and long-term growth, operating with minimal supervision while guiding and mentoring junior team members. The position involves overseeing testing, quality assurance, configuration, and ongoing production support to deliver stable, high-quality solutions.

SAP experience; Solid hands-on experience with enterprise-scale applications (ERP preferred) in a techno-functional capacity; Deep knowledge of one or more ERP business domains (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Agriculture, Finance, etc.); Experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or platform-specific scripting (e.g., ABAP for SAP); Experience with data migration strategies and large-scale data transfers from legacy systems, including ETL processes.
