About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to support the Marketing Finance function. This role serves as a critical bridge between Marketing, FP&A, Finance Systems, and cross-functional business teams, driving planning, reporting, process improvement, and systems enablement initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with excellent systems capabilities and a proactive business partnership mindset. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSupport budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, and variance analysis processes

Requirements
- verifiedBachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Economics, or related field
- verified5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Finance Systems, or related analytical roles
- verifiedAdvanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- verifiedExperience with Oracle EPM / Hyperion Planning or related enterprise planning platforms
- verifiedExperience with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- verifiedKnowledge of SQL, data management, or enterprise data environments
Nice to Have
Understanding of FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis. Experience with Oracle EPM / Hyperion Planning or related enterprise planning platforms. Experience supporting Marketing Finance or business-facing finance teams. Familiarity with AI-enabled tools, automation technologies, or data analytics solutions. Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Knowledge of SQL, data management, or enterprise data environments.
