Raytheon is seeking a Logistics Team Lead for our Aurora, CO facility. This position serves as a critical bridge between strategic site goals and daily operational execution. You will provide daily oversight and guidance to a team of associates, ensuring the seamless flow of receiving, shipping, warehouse, and transportation functions. The role exists to maintain rigorous compliance with safety protocols, facility policies, and FAR government regulations while driving continuous improvement in logistics processes.
In this capacity, you will build strategic relationships with internal customers to support overall site needs. You will act as the primary information source for your team, effectively communicating updates on critical logistics efforts and workload changes. The role demands a leader who can anticipate and resolve issues using company business systems, monitor departmental KPIs, and foster a culture of safety and efficiency. As a non-individual contributor, your success will be measured by your ability to collaborate with peers, influence team behavior, and develop the capabilities of your associates.
This position requires an active DoD Secret security clearance. The DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. Working knowledge of global trade standards and process for both imports and exports. Active DOT and IATA Certifications and detailed knowledge of DOT/IATA shipment standards.
