Sr Analyst - ISO Security Governance

About the Role

This position serves as a strategic advisor on Information Assurance and security governance, specifically tailored for organizations supporting Federal and Department of Defense (DoD) customers. The role exists to bridge the gap between complex regulatory requirements and practical business implementation, ensuring that security postures remain robust, compliant, and aligned with evolving federal standards.

You will act as a key partner to information system owners, project teams, and business development groups. Your day-to-day involves translating federal mandates—such as FISMA, NIST 800-171, and CMMC—into actionable business strategies. You will collaborate closely with Enterprise and project-level Information System Security Officers (ISSOs) to govern shared services and ensure that organizational policies align with the unique demands of Federal and DoD contracts. This role requires a professional who can navigate the intersection of risk management, vendor assessments, and enterprise risk registers while communicating technical security concepts in clear, understandable business terms.
