Sr Analyst - ISO Security Governance

About the Role

This position serves as a strategic advisor within the security governance landscape, bridging the gap between complex Federal and Department of Defense (DoD) requirements and organizational implementation. The role exists to ensure that information systems and shared services maintain robust security postures while adhering to a rigorous regulatory framework. You will act as a liaison between project Information System Security Officers (ISSOs), Enterprise Shared Services, and Business Development teams, ensuring that governance activities align seamlessly with the evolving needs of Federal customers.

In this capacity, you will navigate the intersection of policy, risk, and technology. Your day-to-day involves translating technical security mandates into understandable business terms, advising system owners on policy alignment, and supporting the development of doctrine that satisfies user, regulatory, and resource demands. You will play a critical part in maintaining the organization's compliance posture, managing vendor assessments, and overseeing enterprise risk registers to protect sensitive data and infrastructure.
