Global Trade Compliance is dedicated to deploying effective trade compliance programs through the identification and interpretation of regulations, regulatory guidance, training, and process improvement. The team manages data integrity, automated tool development, and M&A due diligence to ensure seamless operations across global markets.
The Global Trade Compliance Senior Analyst serves as a critical liaison between Cardinal Health departments and external global partners. This role ensures that product data is accurately determined, collected, documented, and reported to relevant Customs and Government authorities. The position focuses primarily on product data requirements, including Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS), Export Control Classification Number (ECCN), and additional tariff assignments.
In this capacity, you will own tariff classification and the maintenance of existing data to ensure accuracy. You will actively monitor tariff classification changes and additional tariffs for designated regions, updating internal databases and communicating these updates to stakeholders. The role requires strong analytical abilities to anticipate and resolve issues, driving improved regulatory compliance and business effectiveness through process optimization and data management.
