Reporting to the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Leader - Finishing, the Sr. Advanced Manufacturing Engineer supports the global finishing strategy through the execution of investments and operational improvement projects. This role serves as a vital link in a network of engineers driving process standardization and best-in-class performance through the implementation of standard work and best practices across automation, new product manufacturability, and new manufacturing technologies.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with New Product Development, Product Management, Sourcing, Supplier Development Engineering, suppliers, and Fabrication and Assembly Process Leaders. The position requires a champion of Total Productive Maintenance who can lead teams to implement change across regions and business units while ensuring robust, data-driven process design.
