Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePartner with plant operations to improve process performance, stability, and consistency
- check_circleLead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product and process issues
- check_circleDrive yield improvement, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives
- check_circleLead and execute plant trials, commercialization activities, and product modifications
- check_circleOptimize recipes, formulations, and processing parameters to meet performance and cost objectives
- check_circleServe as the technical liaison between plant operations, corporate functions, and commercial teams
- check_circleProvide technical expertise to Sales and customers including product performance troubleshooting
- check_circleAnalyze production and quality data, support customer complaint resolution, and deliver actionable insights
- check_circleEvaluate product functionality in real-world applications such as baking and pizza performance
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in food science, Dairy Science, Engineering, or a related field
- verifiedFive to ten (5-10) years of experience in dairy, food manufacturing, or process-driven environments
- verifiedLean / Six Sigma preferred
- verifiedAdequate knowledge of French for positions in Quebec
