As a Lead Process Engineer, you will provide technical leadership and innovative solutions for the design, development, optimization, and operation of our assets. This role is pivotal in ensuring safety and operational performance standards are met while driving continuous improvement. You will lead troubleshooting initiatives to enhance process efficiency and manage programs that sustain asset reliability. Your work will directly contribute to delivering better care for billions of people around the world.
In this position, you will foster a culture of safety and operational excellence. You will champion process standards, lead root cause analysis for breakdowns, and collaborate with digital teams to leverage tools like Power BI and MES. Beyond technical execution, you will coach and mentor team members to build capability, ensuring our workforce is equipped to meet the demands of high-speed manufacturing.

Extensive knowledge with personal care production equipment, materials, and processes. Demonstrated ability of writing and presenting updates to leadership. Multiple years of experience in a variety of plant manufacturing and staff support or capital project assignments, including product, process and asset support. Experience working with external technical service providers. Familiarity with high-speed manufacturing equipment machine startups. Experience and expertise with Kimberly-Clark engineering procedures and processes.
Skills: Statistical Process Control, Design Of Experiments, Process Capability Studies, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Power Bi, Mes, Osi/pi, Root Cause Analysis, Center Lining.
Education: Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering or Paper Science required.
