About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Accountant to support key accounting operations for a manufacturing organization in Kent, Washington. This contract position is designed to maintain accurate financial records, oversee critical close activities, and ensure that balance sheet and cash accounts are properly reconciled. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting knowledge, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage core reporting responsibilities within a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will partner with internal stakeholders to gather supporting documentation and clarify accounting activity affecting monthly results. You will also assist in identifying process gaps within accounting workflows, recommending practical improvements to strengthen efficiency and accuracy.
