The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to launch an accounting career in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You will work directly with the Controller and other team members to learn and grow in a collaborative and supportive setting. If you are passionate about numbers, accuracy, and learning the foundations of corporate accounting, this is the role for you.
In this position, you will assist with a variety of accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliation, and supporting the month-end close. You will contribute to audit preparation by organizing supporting documentation and help maintain internal control procedures. Additionally, you will provide administrative and analytical support to the Controller and accounting team, participating in team projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.

Location and Work Model
This is a 100% onsite role based in Scottsdale, AZ. Candidates must be local to the Scottsdale/Phoenix area; relocation is not an option. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
