The Sprinkler Foreman is a pivotal field leader responsible for executing fire sprinkler system installations, retrofits, and turnkey projects from inception to completion. This role exists to ensure that critical safety systems are installed, tested, and commissioned in strict compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements. You will lead and supervise field crews, coordinating labor and materials while maintaining a high level of safety awareness in a fast-paced construction environment.
In this position, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and project management. Your day involves interpreting complex construction drawings, performing material takeoffs, and overseeing the installation and testing of fire pumps and related components. You will be the primary point of contact for ensuring quality control, identifying constructability concerns, and proposing corrective actions. Success in this role requires a collaborative spirit, as you will work closely with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
Selected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. citizenship for access to classified information. A minimum Top-Secret Clearance is required for this position. Additionally, candidates must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, as the role may require the use of a company vehicle.
