We have an immediate opportunity to join our growing company as a full-time entry-level Surgical Associate in the Sacramento area of California. This position is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is self-driven, motivated, and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit looking to produce results in an expanding market.
In this role, you will work directly with a Territory Manager or Surgical Consultant to help plan, direct, and coordinate the selling, marketing, and promotion of Stryker and biologic products. You will educate doctors, nurses, and staff on the proper use, maintenance, and functionality of these products, tailoring promotional messages based on customer needs. The role involves assisting with product evaluations in operating room and office settings, managing sample inventory, and solving product problems for customers expeditiously. You will also support the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
We are looking for hard-working individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Success in this role requires the ability to manage varying as well as scheduled tasks, communicate effectively with large groups and telephonically, and analyze territory market potential to prioritize call patterns accordingly.
Candidates must be ready to undergo extensive product training, including in-field training and computer training, to successfully complete our in-house product training program. The role requires adherence to all OR and pertinent OSHA guidelines, as well as strict compliance with GMP policies and procedures as stipulated by the FDA.
