About the Role

You will work alongside a high-performing team to gain valuable operating room experience. Your primary focus will be supporting surgical teams by managing spinal instrumentation and implants, ensuring successful case coverage through responsiveness and attention to detail.

You will learn spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques through a combination of structured training and real-world exposure. This role requires you to manage logistics and surgical inventory across hospital accounts while collaborating closely with surgeons and hospital staff. Success in this position demands composure in high-pressure, clinical settings and the ability to represent VB Spine with the highest standards.

Hiring Process
