Your primary focus will be supporting surgical teams by managing spinal instrumentation and implants, ensuring successful case coverage through responsiveness and attention to detail.
You will learn spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques through a combination of structured training and real-world exposure. This role requires you to manage logistics and surgical inventory across hospital accounts while collaborating closely with surgeons and hospital staff. Success in this position demands composure in high-pressure, clinical settings and the ability to represent VB Spine with the highest standards.
Candidates will be evaluated based on their potential to learn quickly, work hard, and grow within our team. We look for individuals who demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and maintain flexibility for an on-call schedule.
