About the Role

As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will partner with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, home health aides, and medical social workers. Together, you will help patients manage chronic conditions or recover from injury, illness, surgery, or hospitalization. Your work is central to the mission of helping patients rehabilitate, recover, and regain their independence so they can live healthier and happier lives.
