About the Role
As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will provide direct rehabilitation care to patients through specialized speech therapy. Working under physician referral, your mission is to deliver high-quality, compliant care that aligns with Life Care's standards and all applicable laws. You will serve as a vital liaison between patients, families, and support departments to ensure comprehensive care planning.
In this role, you will establish, assess, and modify realistic, measurable, and functional goals for each patient. You will work productively within an interdisciplinary team, utilizing therapy software to chart progress accurately and maintain professional relationships with associates and vendors. Whether you are a certified SLP overseeing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates or a CFY candidate following treatment plans under supervision, your work directly impacts patient outcomes in a post-acute care setting.
