About the Role
This field-based position is dedicated to executing brand strategy and driving sales performance within a specific territory. The role places the patient at the center of all efforts, requiring a deep commitment to AbbVie's business code of conduct, policies, and all applicable laws and regulations.
You will serve as a trusted partner to health providers, building strong customer relationships and developing the capability to solve customer needs effectively. The objective is to maximize both short and long-term sales performance by creating win-win agreements between AbbVie and its customers. Success in this role involves continuously optimizing coverage and frequency to key accounts while anticipating environmental changes and challenges to refine brand strategy execution.
