You will join our specialty respiratory team to support specialist healthcare providers across your territory in the Phoenix, Arizona area. This role is designed for those who value curiosity, practical problem-solving, and teamwork. You will provide clear clinical education, help navigate complex access and reimbursement pathways, and build strong professional relationships with pulmonologists, allergists, nurse specialists, and practice managers.
In this position, you will develop tailored account plans to drive patient access and service while working closely with cross-functional partners in market access, medical affairs, and marketing. The role offers visible impact and significant career growth, allowing you to contribute directly to GSK's mission of preventing and treating disease through innovation.
This position is primarily field-based and requires regular travel within an assigned territory that includes Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Avondale, Litchfield Park, Litchfield Park, Prescott, Scottsdale, and Sun City West. The role is hybrid in nature, combining remote work with in-person customer engagement and office collaboration as needed. The ideal candidate will reside in Phoenix, Arizona; please note that relocation assistance is not provided for this position.

Experience with specialty products using Buy & Bill or specialty pharmacy distribution channels. Familiarity working with payer reimbursement or market access teams. Background in biologic, rare disease, immunology or respiratory/pulmonology specialty sales. Experience selling into integrated delivery networks (IDNs) or hospital systems. Infusion experience. Specialty pharmacy experience. Proven ability to develop account plans and track measurable outcomes. Comfortable working in a primarily remote role with occasional in-person and hybrid team activities. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
