The Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers and senior leaders across HGMC's New York, Norfolk, and Dallas offices. This full-cycle corporate recruiting role is designed to fill professional and mid-to-senior level positions with a strong emphasis on candidate quality and a polished hiring experience. Working alongside the Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager, the Specialist manages a focused requisition load while ensuring high-touch engagement from the first contact through the offer stage.
Beyond recruiting, this position plays a vital operational role within the HR team. The Specialist supports corporate HR activities including onboarding, reporting, and program coordination, ensuring seamless integration for new hires and maintaining accurate, audit-ready records of all recruitment activities.
As part of the corporate HR function, this role contributes to employer branding initiatives that strengthen HGMC's presence in key markets. The Specialist represents the company at hiring events and on-campus activities to build long-term talent pipelines, fostering relationships that extend beyond immediate open requisitions.
