About the Role
This position serves as a critical link in Baptist Medical Group's credentialing ecosystem, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of provider enrollment and affiliation applications. The role exists to maintain the integrity of our primary data sources, facilitating seamless operations for physicians and mid-level providers joining the organization.
In this capacity, you will manage the end-to-end generation and review of enrollment documents, adhering to strict protocols to guarantee precision. Your day involves collaborating directly with a diverse network of stakeholders, including providers, payers, clinic personnel, and executive leadership, to resolve credentialing inquiries and verify data. You will also support continuous process improvement by evaluating workflows and assisting leadership in confirming the credentials of new team members.
