L3Harris Technologies' Mission Networks Division is driving innovation in commercial FAA-related mission-critical infrastructure and services. We are seeking a Senior Specialist to support a funded, multi-year Internal Research and Development (IRAD) effort, applying Agile Systems Engineering and SAFe-based practices to advance our technical capabilities.
This position is designed for a Systems Engineer who leverages Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) as a core output of disciplined engineering practices. You will lead the development, analysis, and maintenance of SysML-based system models, with a specific emphasis on system architecture, interface definition, requirements traceability, and cross-disciplinary integration.
In this on-site role, you will work hands-on with Cameo Systems Modeler, collaborating closely with software, security, and test teams to ensure technical consistency and mission alignment. You will contribute to the execution of the IRAD technical roadmap through disciplined model development, operating independently within established technical objectives while facilitating technical exchanges with stakeholders to align model content with program goals.
Candidates must be able to obtain a US Security Clearance, which is a requirement for this position. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens, and applicants who accept a conditional offer may be subject to government security investigations.
