About the Role

We are seeking retired or former Special Education educators to join our Florida team as Contract Teachers, Instructional Coaches, or Master Educators. This onsite position is designed for those eager to reignite their passion for education by transforming classrooms and influencing student outcomes.

As an Instructional Coach specializing in Special Education, you will provide expert guidance to school leadership and staff. Your role is integral in implementing "The Bailey Way," an approach that emphasizes impactful, results-driven education. You will mentor the next generation of scholars, empowering teachers with proven strategies to enhance student success. This opportunity allows you to craft innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of each school while working closely with school staff to foster continuous improvement.
