About the Role

Founded and operated by practitioners and therapists who understand the work, we prioritize meaningful support for our students. In this full-time position for the 2026–2027 school year, you will lead a special education classroom in Phoenix, AZ, serving students with diverse learning needs. This role combines instructional leadership with hands-on teaching in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

You will partner with families, related service providers, and staff to support each student's academic and social growth. Your day will involve developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), managing classroom behavior using PBIS, and supervising paraprofessionals. Hiring Process

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check conducted in accordance with applicable laws. Candidates must hold an Arizona Department of Education Standard Professional Special Education Teaching Certificate and an IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
