We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to provide individualized instruction that drives academic, social, and emotional growth. In this position, you will design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) while applying research-based strategies to meet unique student needs. The role requires close collaboration with therapists, counselors, families, and school teams to coordinate comprehensive services.
As part of our inclusive school culture, you will integrate assistive technology and adaptive materials into daily instruction, utilizing data-driven strategies to track progress and adjust interventions. You will also maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with special education regulations while communicating regularly with parents and caregivers regarding student goals and achievements.
