We are a locally owned small business that has been serving the Sacramento community since 2017. Our boutique day spa offers a comprehensive range of wellness services, including massage, facials, waxing, spray tans, teeth whitening, lash and brow tinting, perms, microblading, and permanent makeup. With a steady clientele and over a dozen new clients joining us each week, we pride ourselves on creating a fun, happy, and efficient workplace where every client feels special.
We are seeking a high-energy, customer-service-focused Spa Manager or Assistant Manager to lead our operations. This role is designed for a problem solver who can maintain a drama-free environment, keep staff and the calendar on track, and ensure our clients receive exceptional care. You will step in to support the owners and current front desk manager by taking on key duties, with flexibility to tailor the specific responsibilities to your strengths.
In this position, you will foster a positive culture while managing daily studio operations. Your day-to-day will involve overseeing front desk staff, managing scheduling processes, and ensuring the studio remains orderly. You will also handle inventory, purchasing, and social media marketing, including creating new displays monthly. As a key leader, you will interact with the property manager regarding repairs and oversee the estheticians and massage therapists, including their back bar inventory.
We offer a hybrid work model that balances on-site presence with remote administrative tasks. Once fully trained, some administrative duties can be performed from home. The role requires availability to work one weekend day plus a couple of weekdays, with on-call availability as a backup for front desk shifts. We provide onsite parking for both staff and clients in a desirable Sacramento shopping area.
For licensed estheticians or massage therapists, there is an opportunity to hold a dual role, combining part-time management duties with part-time therapeutic services.
Interested candidates should apply directly to discuss their experience and how they can contribute to our team. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and help us continue our growth trajectory.
We are a locally owned small business committed to diversity and inclusion. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background.
