About the Role

The Spa Attendant is the backbone of daily spa operations, dedicated to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for every guest. This role is essential for ensuring operational efficiency and enhancing the overall guest experience through meticulous attention to detail and consistent service support. You will work closely with therapists and the spa team to keep treatment rooms, locker rooms, and relaxation areas in pristine condition, ensuring that every guest feels comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive.

As an on-call team member, you will play a vital part in the rhythm of the spa, assisting with treatment room setup, managing laundry operations, and restocking supplies to support seamless service delivery. Your presence helps create a safe, serene atmosphere where guests can fully unwind.
