About the Role

Located at The Resort at Kapalua Bay in Maui, this Part Time Spa position serves as the welcoming face of our luxury hospitality experience. You will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a general spa orientation upon arrival that includes directions to locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations. Your day involves ensuring guests feel cared for from the moment they step in by offering amenities such as water, juice, or heated neck pillows, and by answering questions about general property information.

Beyond guest orientation, you will act as a guide, escorting guests to and from treatment rooms while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across workstations, treatment rooms, and lounge areas. You will anticipate service needs, ensuring supplies and amenities are fully stocked, and address any safety concerns promptly. This role requires a genuine appreciation for service, clear professional communication, and the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and guests alike.
