This position serves as a vital support function within the event operations team, reporting directly to the Office Manager. The primary focus is to ensure seamless execution of event day duties, acting as a key liaison between staff, temporary workers, and the organization's logistical needs.
In this role, you will be the face of the team on the ground, guiding employees and guests to their assigned locations while maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the flow of personnel, overseeing uniform logistics from distribution to collection, and setting up or breaking down critical areas such as check-in zones and employee meal stations. A core part of your mission is to uphold safety protocols and ensure that every associate feels supported and directed throughout the event lifecycle.
