About the Role
The Spa Center Manager at Candee Skin serves as the operational and cultural heartbeat of the store. This role exists to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for every client while driving profitability through strategic cost control and inventory management. You will act as the primary liaison between the store owner and the staff, leading the team with a focus on maintaining the unique Candee Skin culture and upholding rigorous standards of customer service.
In this position, you will foster a supportive environment where employees are trained, developed, and motivated to excel. Your day-to-day involves balancing leadership duties—such as scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions—with hands-on support, including assisting customers and managing visual merchandising. You will be responsible for enforcing health, safety, and security protocols while ensuring the store remains stocked, clean, and aligned with brand standards.
