About the Role
The Perry Lane Hotel is seeking a Sous Chef to join our culinary team. In this role, you will manage the daily operations of the kitchen, overseeing the production, preparation, and presentation of all food for the hotel's restaurant(s) and room service. You will work to ensure a quality, consistent product that conforms to all franchise standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. As a key leader, you will assist the Executive Chef in creating and implementing menu and production changes, while also managing human resources to attract, retain, and motivate the team.
