About the Role

As a Sous Chef, you will lead our kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences while upholding Concord's high standards. This role is pivotal in maintaining food quality, mentoring staff, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. You will inspire greatness in your team, encouraging them to reach their full potential while creating a work environment that reflects our core values of integrity, transparency, respect, and professionalism.

In this position, you will act as a leader who leads with heart. You will be responsible for developing schedules, directing staff, and maintaining open communication between management and associates. Your day-to-day involves ensuring all food served meets quality standards, resolving kitchen issues proactively, and supporting goal setting to enhance the kitchen's efficiency and profitability. In the absence of the Executive Chef, you will supervise kitchen staff, utility, and sanitation associates, ensuring the kitchen runs seamlessly.
