The Team Member serves as the face of the restaurant, delivering exceptional guest service while collaborating closely with Restaurant Managers and fellow Team Members to uphold operational standards. Operating under the guidance of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators, this position ensures a seamless experience through direct interactions with guests and the field operations team.
This role thrives in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and a positive attitude are key. Team Members are expected to be comfortable working across multiple stations, learning all areas of restaurant operations, and maintaining a professional demeanor with both guests and coworkers. The position requires prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Candidates must be at least sixteen years of age and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the restaurant's operational framework.
