About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team and play a key role in our innovative Signature Dining Programs. This role focuses on à la minute cooking and chef-inspired creations, ensuring residents enjoy high-quality, timely meals. You will work alongside a dedicated team in state-of-the-art kitchens equipped with top-notch tools. The position offers a culture of diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging, where you can enjoy flexibility and work-life balance to meet your personal and professional goals. Most of our restaurant team members finish their shifts before 9 PM, supporting a healthy quality of life.
